PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsing valve pump 1 which realizes the downsizing of a pump and operates at frequencies higher than those generated by one reciprocation per one motor revolution. SOLUTION: The pump has a housing 2 comprising an inlet 5 and an outlet 6 with check valves 8 and 9 and a pumping room 7, a diaphragm 10 facing a pumping room 7 and a driver 11 which displaces the diaphragm. The driver has a motor 12 which is disposed coaxially to the diaphragm, a rotating plate 14 which is driven to rotate by the motor and an oscillating plate 15 which can reciprocate. Both plates convert a rotating motion of the rotating plate to a reciprocating motion by means of copying surfaces 20 which are provided to surfaces facing each other to cause the diaphragm to follow the reciprocating motion of the oscillating plate. The copying surfaces are composed of peak and valley sections 21, 22 which are provided to the opposed surfaces of both plates to extend continuously in the rotational direction of the rotating plate.
