PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry joint forming method of an outer wall and an outer wall panel using this method, capable of easily correcting its installation state after installing a rain barrier. SOLUTION: This dry joint forming method forms a dry joint K by using the outer wall panel 1 having the rain barrier 3 formed as a groove shape; and corrects the installation state of the rain barrier 3 by a correcting means 5 arranged in the rain barrier 3, by arranging the outer wall panel 1 in a predetermined position by allowing its rain barrier 3 to abut on an adjacent outer wall panel 1 side surface or a wall surface. The correcting means 5 is formed of, for example, a tape 51 drawn and stuck up to the predetermined position P of an outside surface of the outer wall panel 1 via the lower end from the upper end of the rain barrier 3.
