PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating preventive structure of a structure capable of reducing cost of a floating preventive countermeasure of the structure, by using a facility required when constructing an underground structure. SOLUTION: For preventing the structure 1 having at least one part buried in the ground from floating, the whole side wall periphery of a part buried in the ground is surrounded by an underground continuous wall 2. This underground continuous wall 2 is integrated with the structure 1 by a joint reinforcement 3. For preventing pressurized water from floating the structure by entering all the way under the structure 1, the underground continuous wall 2 is arranged so as to reach base rock into which the pressurized water does not intrude.
