PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end structure of a working link, which hardly causes a weld defect due to an inclination of bulkhead plating, which facilitates positioning of the bulkhead plating, and which reduces welding operations. SOLUTION: A reinforcing plate 15 comprises the flat plate-shaped bulkhead plating 14, and left and right side plate parts 15a and 15b which are elongated backward from the bulkhead plating 14. Welding brings about integration in a state wherein the side of the bulkhead plating 14 is inserted between upper and lower plate parts 13b and 13c of an end closing plate 13 and between bracket side plates 11 and 12; end surfaces on the side of rear stepped parts 13d and 13e of the closing plate 13 are butt-welded to end surfaces of upper and lower plates 1 and 2 of a boom body 5; and end surfaces of the side plate parts 15a and 15b of the reinforcing plate 15 are butt-welded to those of left and right side plates 3 and 4 of the boom body 5.
