PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the rotating movement and tilting movement of a display using simple constitution in ultrasonic diagnostic equipment. SOLUTION: A movable mechanism 20 comprises a monitor installing stand 22, a fixing pedestal 24 and a movement regulation mechanism 32. Surfaces of the recessed spherical surface 46 of the fixed pedestal 24 and the projecting spherical surface 54 of a tilting rotation member 26 are joined together. An engaging piece 84 as a slider formed at an upper rotation member 28 engages with a sliding opening 56 of the tilting rotation member 26. The engaging piece 84 is rotated integrally with the tilting rotation member 26, and guides it only in a tilting direction. The fixed pedestal 24 is fixed and installed at a base member, and the tilting rotation member 26 mounts the installing stand 22.
