The mechanism exhibits two disk-shaped assemblies (4,5) connected by a rope-forming component (6) whereby fulcrum of the first disk-shaped assembly is terminally arranged at the contour of the axle of king pin (8). The second disk-shaped assembly is supported movably and is coupled to a bar (9) which is supported by an end-section. It is connected to rotational assembly (10) for connection to an axle (3).
