POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATIVE LED LIGHTING SYSTEMS

An automotive lighting assembly (20) receiving light from a power source and
for producing light. The automotive lighting assembly (20) includes a first
lighting circuit (25) which is operatively connected to the power source for
emitting light as a function of electric current. A second lighting circuit
(25) is operatively connected to the power source independently from the first
lighting circuit. The second lighting circuit emits light as a function of the
electric current. The automotive lighting assembly also includes a controller
having output control lines (CTRLO~) and input feedback lines (FBO~) which is
electrically connected between the power source and the first and second
lighting circuits for independently operating the first and second lighting
sources to emit a chosen amount of light in a chosen direction.
