<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device, a control method therefor and a program highly efficiently outputting a preview image of a captured image at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: Radiation image data obtained by an imaging part in irradiation are stored. Reference image data obtained by the imaging part in a non-irradiation time are stored. Reduced radiation image data and reduced reference image data, or respective reduced data of the radiation image data and the reference image data, are generated. An offset correction processing is executed between the radiation image data and the reference image data. After the reduced radiation image data and the reduced reference image data are completed to output to an external apparatus, the offset correction completed radiation image data are outputted to the external apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
