<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destination carrying device capable of making information into electronic data while securing the easiness of the operation of destination management by a notice board. <P>SOLUTION: This destination notice device equipped with a notice means classified into a plurality of regions is provided with a recognizing means for reading identification information from a storage means installed by an attached member attached to the notice means, and for detecting the attachment position, a region managing means for registering area information associated with each region one by one and a destination managing means for performing destination management based on the region information associated with the attachment position and the identification information. Thus, when a user attaches the attached member in which name information is stored to any region of the notice means classified for each line, the line managing means to which the attached position recognized by the recognizing means and the name information are inputted acquires the destination information corresponding to the attachment position from the region managing means.
