<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for a fluid container, which prevents its opening due to the occurrence of an unexpected rupture, prevents disengagement of a cover cap, is removed easily after opening, and by which cut-off piece obtained after opening is surely retained within the cover cap so as to be removed altogether. <P>SOLUTION: A disengagement preventive means 60 for the cover cap 40 is constructed on the cover cap 40 by forming a locking protrusion capable of being locked at a portion other than flat portions of a spout nozzle 20 and of being released at the flat portions, so that it can be released at the flat portion after cutoff of the opening member is completed. A removing cam mechanism 70 is provided that shifts the cover cap 40 in a direction of removing the cover cap 40, after the cutoff of the opening member 28, thus making it easy to confirm the cutoff and and remove the cover cap. A cutoff cam mechanism 45 is provided at the cover cap 40, which pushes up the opening member 28 and cuts off it after the mechanism is positioned below the opening member 28 by a rotating operation, so that the opening member 28 is surely cut off and the cut-off piece 28 is sandwiched and held between a severing cam 46 and the holding member 44 of the cover cap 40, thereby the cut-off piece is removed together with the cover cap 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
