<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food delivery service system by which a desired lunch is delivered at an optimum time to a customer by eliminating a mistake of an order acceptance for the lunch and a mistake of delivery. <P>SOLUTION: A customer perform member registration and member registration information is recorded on a database 3 from a server 4. The customer purchases a lunch box 2 and leaves the lunch box with a lunch agency, the member registration information stored on the database 3 is recorded on the IC tag 2a of the lunch box 2. The lunch is ordered from the server 4 by a specified time by the customer on telephone or the like, the server 4 stores order information on the database 3 and prepares an order book based on the member registration information stored on the database 3, lunch information, and order contents. The lunch agency conducts the cooking/packing of pre-cooked foods based on the order book for delivery and the customer receives the lunch box 2.
