PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gypsum board in which hardening inhibition is suppressed and fireproof property is held in the manufacture of anti-bacterial and deodorant gypsum board in which a tea component is blended. SOLUTION: The gypsum board is obtained by preparing gypsum slurry in which a pressed liquid of a moist tea leave is blended, forming board-like, hardening and drying or by preparing gypsum slurry in which a material l obtained by impregnating a mineral having water absorption with an aqueous liquid containing polyphenol originating in the tea is blended, forming board-like, hardening and drying.
