PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D converter with an offset cancel function which completely cancels a linearity error of the A/D converter, a linearity error of a D/A converter, and a matching error of the A/D converter and the D/A converter. SOLUTION: An analog offset canceller is installed in an input side of the A/D converter, and a digital offset canceller is installed in an output side of the D/A converter. And, the analog offset canceller performs coarse adjustment which cancels a large offset such as shifting an input range as a 1st stage.
