PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone device which can aim at the improvement in the stage effects of incoming even in a manner mode by moving the character doll attached movably by interlocking with the vibration of a vibrator or the luminance of an LED (Light Emitting Diode). SOLUTION: An accessary driver 32 drives an accessory 9 of, for example, the character doll. A CPU 10 reads musical data from a ROM 12 and writes the musical data in a sound source 30 when a communication unit 24 incomes about a call. The sound source 30 takes out an actuator signal for driving the accessory synchronizing with the musical data from the musical data, a vibration signal for driving the vibrator, and an LED signal for driving the LED from the musical data; respectively outputs them to the accessory 9, the vibrator 33, and the LED controller 34, respectively; and controls to operate the vibrator 33 and the LED 35 synchronizing with the musical data.
