PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system and a server device that allows only the transmission and reception of mail and Internet connection needed for lessons and lectures. SOLUTION: In the communication system, a proxy server device 103 receives an access request (mail reception request, mail transmission request, or WEB browsing request) from a mobile terminal device 101, performs retrieval from a lesson database 134 based upon date and time information on the time when the access request is received and a terminal ID included in the access request to specify a lesson ID, and controls access to a network system of the mobile terminal device 101, having made the access request, outside the school, for example, an information communication network system 30 or a mail server device 40 or a content server device 50 through the information communication network system 30.
