PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small variable inductor of which the inductance value is variable over a wide range. SOLUTION: A spiral inductor 11 forms an inductor. One or more loop-like coils 12-1 to 12-3 are formed near the spiral inductor 11.
