PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developer coater which provides stable image quality of uniform density even when the members and assembly thereof change due to errors of the components and assembly at manufacturing, or due to change over time caused by the continuous use, and to provide a developing apparatus and an image forming apparatus equipped with the coater. SOLUTION: The contact state of an intermediate coating roller 47 as the intermediate coating part of the coater 43 with a coating roller 46 as a coating member is made adjustable, then, the coating surface of uniform thickness is stably formed on the member to be coated.
