PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension apparatus capable of simply and easily tensing or detaching an advertisement sheet and locking the advertisement sheet in a tense state. SOLUTION: Two locking pipes 3, 3a having locking means arranged on both the ends of a media sheet 1 are provided with respective fixing means 5 to other objects, at least one of the locking pipes 3, 3a is provided with a media sheet winding means and an inversion preventing means is attached to a transmission part of the winding side locking pipe.
