PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a reactor for a vehicle lightweight while reducing leakage magnetic flux into the vehicle. SOLUTION: Both end sides of a reactor 1 with a winding coil 2 are supported by winding coil support metal fittings 3 whose upper sides are fixed to a vehicle body 6 through metal fittings 5; and a magnetic shield plate 4 is fixed to bottom sides of the metal fittings 5 and comprises a main magnetic shield plate 4a formed in a plate shape by using a silicon copper plate having higher magnetic permeability and saturation magnetic flux density than iron, and a couple of auxiliary magnetic shield plates 4b and 4c which are formed in plate shapes by using iron materials and between which the main magnetic shield plate 4a is sandwiched from both the sides, so that magnetic flux leaking to the vehicle body 6 and the vehicle inner side 7 from the winding coil 2 can effectively sucked.
