PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry capacitor which achieves reduction in weight, assures easier maintenance, and improves a cooling effect, and easily allows reduction in cost. SOLUTION: A capacitor element group 12 is formed by providing in parallel a plurality of capacitor elements 1 including terminals 8, 9 at both surfaces thereof. The element group 12 is sandwiched by an electrode plate 13 for connecting in common one-side terminals of the elements 1 and an electrode plate 14 for connecting in common other terminals of the elements 1. A pair of one-side ends opposed with each other of the electrode plates 13, 14 are projected from the element group 12 and the projected portion is bent to form a folded end 15. An external connecting terminal 20 projected to the external side is connected to the folded end 15 of the electrode plates 13, 14 in order to form an element aggregating body 2. This element aggregating body 2 is supported by a frame 3 including non-metallic frames 23, 24 provided at other end sides opposed with each other of the electrode plates 13, 14.
