PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for locking/unlocking buildings by means of the various types of electronic keys for cars. SOLUTION: A controller for locking or unlocking houses 12 is provided with a control unit 23 located within the door of a house 2, and a plurality of analyzer units 25A and 25B constructed independently of the control unit 23 and attachable to the connectors 28A to 28C of the control unit 23. The codes of a plurality of car types and their decoding algorithms are recorded in the signal analyzers 24 of the analyzer units 25A and 25B. When a car ID or transponder signal is input from a car's electronic key 42, the signal analyzer 24 decodes and checks it based on the car type codes and their decoding algorithms, and outputs the results to a housing-side microcomputer 22, which then locks or unlocks the door of the house in accordance with the results.
