PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force-feed type toilet device avoiding overflow from a storage tank due to trouble in a drainage system and a water supply system. SOLUTION: This force-feed type toilet device 1 has a water supply device 4 for supplying water to flush a toilet bowl body 2; the storage tank 10 communicating with a discharge port 2a of the toilet bowl body and storing soil water and a solid 11 in the soil water discharged from the discharge port of the toilet bowl body; a crushing part 12 provided in the storage tank and comprising a cutter 22 for crushing the solid; a pump 14 for force-feeding the crushed solid and soil water to the outside of the storage tank; a water level sensor 30 for carrying out non-contact pressure sensitive detection of a water level from a lower water level to a first tolerance limit water level in the storage tank; a limit sensor 31 for detecting a second tolerance limit water level higher than the first tolerance limit water level; and a control device 6 for controlling the water supply device, the cutter and the pump based on the detected information of these sensors so that soil water in the storage tank may not overflow over the first tolerance limit water level or the second tolerance limit water level.
