PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a front overhang FO by improving the arrangement of a first winch and a second winch at the rear of a boom support bracket. SOLUTION: In the first winch 51, a drum 53 is disposed on the jib side 23 in storage of a virtual plane P parting a swing frame 55 into right and left sides. In the second winch 52, a drum 54 is disposed on the operator's cabin 22 side of the virtual plane P. In both the first winch 51 and the second winch 52, drum driving motors and speed reducers are mounted on the operator's cabin side of the drum, and the motor 56 and the speed reducer 57 of the first winch 51 are disposed to be positioned under the drum 54 of the second winch 52 without being overlapped with the drum 54 of the second winch 52 in side view. A jib 23 is stored in such an attitude that one end 24 of the jib is projected backward from the rear rise tilted side 13 of a boom support bracket 12 in side view under the condition that a rough terrain crane 50 is in a traveling attitude.
