PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine capable of easily performing molding preparation and molding without depending on the shape or size of a mold, and a molded product manufacturing method using the same. SOLUTION: The molding machine 10 is equipped with a mold receiving stand 11 on which the mold 20 is placed, a seal plate 12 arranged on the upper surface of the mold receiving stand 11, a seal frame 13 for bringing the whole peripheral edge of the seal plate 12 into contact with the upper surface of the mold receiving stand 11 under pressure and a hermetically sealing member 14 for closely bringing the seal frame 13 into contact with the peripheral edge of the mold receiving stand 11 to hold the same in a state that the whole peripheral edge of the seal plate 12 is airtightly held by the seal frame 13 and the mold receiving stand 11, and a connection part 15 is mounted on an attaching part 13b of the seal frame 13. The connection part 15 is connected to a vacuum pump through a vacuum exhaust hose 18 and an internal space demarcated by the mold receiving stand 11 and the seal plate 12 is evacuated by the vacuum pump. A molding material 17 is pressed to the mold 16 arranged in the internal space to be subjected to vacuum molding and air-pressure molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
