PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic forming apparatus for obtaining a formed part with which flange parts do not remain. SOLUTION: This apparatus has forming dies 160, 170 inside which a preform consisting of two superposed metal sheets the periphery of which is joined is arranged and clamping is performed and a hydraulic pressure supplying means for bulging the preform by adding the hydraulic pressure in the inside of the preform clamped with the forming dies 160, 170. The forming dies 160, 170 have cavity surfaces 162, 172 in the inside of which a bulged part 135 which composes the formed part in the preform and joining parts 136 situated in the periphery of the bulged part 135 are arranged. The metal sheet situated in the bulged part 135 has formed parts 115, 125 which are preformed so that the circumference of a cross section is increased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
