PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air tightness in a mount part of an auxiliary fluid supply mechanism by simplifying a body operation part and the auxiliary fluid supply mechanism mounted thereon. SOLUTION: An auxiliary fluid supply tube 21 connected to an injection port 8 via a check valve member 22 is connected to an injection port unit 24 comprising a tube connecting member 25 and a fluid source connecting member 26, the tube connecting member 25 is fixed to the inside of a mounting member 17 with screws 31, and the fluid source connecting member 26 has its inside formed of a Luer lock tapered face and has a connecting part body 32 having a passage part detachably connected with a fluid pressure feed means such as a syringe. The distal end of the connecting part body 32 is narrowed, connected to the tube connecting member 25 from the outside of a connecting part cover 12, and airtightly retained by seal members 40-42. The surfaces of the tube connecting member 25 and the connecting part body 32 are treated with anodic oxide coating to secure electric insulation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
