<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a hydraulic/pneumatic actuator sliding part capable of reducing a ratio of reduction of oil in an air/hydro converter of constant oil capacity. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic annular first packing 4 kept into pressure-contact with an actuator sliding face 3a is mounted on an oil chamber side of the hydraulic/pneumatic actuator separated into an oil chamber 6 and an air chamber 7 by a driving body 2, and a first wedge face 4a faced to an oil chamber side of the first packing 4, and a second wedge face 4b faced to an air chamber side of the same are respectively formed. An elastic annular second packing 5 closely kept into pressure-contact with the actuator sliding face 3a is mounted in series or in parallel with the first packing 4, and a third wedge face 5a faced to an oil chamber side of the second packing 5 and a fourth face 5b faced to an air chamber side to the same are respectively formed. When the driving body 2 is moved at a high speed from an air chamber side to an oil chamber side, an oil film of minimum thickness is formed at the air chamber side of the first wedge face 4a while checking the oil of the oil chamber 6 by the first wedge face 4a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
