PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information memory medium which is capable of reversibly displaying stored information.

SOLUTION: An optical information storage medium, wherein an optical information storage layer 3 and a reversible display recording layer 7 are sequentially laminated on a substrate, visually records on the reversible display recording layer 7, at least a part of information stored in the optical information recording layer 3.
