<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation server which is constituted so that a user can select a store based on the situation of the present store, and to provide a cellular telephone set, a navigation device and z navigation method. <P>SOLUTION: The navigation server 14 collects store information from a store site 16. The cellular telephone 12 requests a map image to the navigation server 14 after a navigation function is initiated, and displays the received map image for the user. In addition, the cellular telephone 12 requests a store list included in the displayed map image to the navigation server 14 after a store retrieval function is initiated, and displays the received store list. Furthermore, the cellular telephone 12 requests reservation application to the store to the navigation server 14 when any store is selected from the displayed store list.
