<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly grasp relationships between an accident, an incident, a nurse or environment by analyzing through complemented or interpolated data mining. <P>SOLUTION: When there is lacked information in free description of a report, a nursing activity monitor system is referred to and the lacked information is complemented or interpolated (drawing (A)) by combining an integrated nursing activity monitor system 10, a nursing accident and an incident report. Meanwhile, when information on the accident or the incident is missing in the nursing activity monitor system or not followed well, the accident and incident report is referred to and the lacked information is complemented or interpolated (drawing (B)).
