<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk evaluating device for clearly preventing the relation of a plurality of risk factors and a plurality of diseases. <P>SOLUTION: The risk DB 14 of a risk evaluating device 1 stores information acquired by associating a plurality of diseases with a plurality of risk factors being the development factors of the diseases. A control part 16 specifies the risk factors of the designated plurality of diseases by using the information. Also, the control part 16 acquires the diagnostic value of a patient corresponding to the specified risk factor from a storage medium 2 (information acquiring part 15), and compares the acquired diagnostic value with a predetermined standard value stored in a standard value DB 13, and specifies the risk factor corresponding to the diagnostic value which deviates from the standard value as a risk factor. Then, the control part 16 prepares a chart showing the relation of the designated disease and the specified risk factor.
