PROBE CONTACT TERMINAL OF LEAD WIRE IN PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD INSPECTION JIG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressed probe contact terminal of a lead wire in a printed circuit board inspection jig which does not move with respect to a base board even when the diameter relationship between the lead wire and a lead wire insertion hole of the base board is a clearance fit. SOLUTION: A flat head 12 as a probe contact terminal and a dish-shaped neck section 13 are formed at an end of the lead wire 11 adjacent to a probe 15 by press working. The neck section 13 is fitted into the lead wire insertion hole 17 in the state of a stop fit or a close fit to immobilize the flat head 12 even when the diameter relationship between the lead wire 11 and the lead wire insertion hole 17 of the base board 16 is a clearance fit.
