PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic capacitor which suppresses a variation in electrostatic capacity in every manufacturing lot while improving the capacity rate of the impregnation of the solid electrolytic capacitor. SOLUTION: After making the anode valve action surface of metal wherein a dielectrics oxide film is made to form impregnated with an oxidizing agent solution, gaseous phase oxidation polymerization is carried out in a monomer steam wherein a conductive polymer monomer solution is heated at least at 30°C, or in the pyrrole monomer steam wherein vapor pressure is 14 mb or more and 180 mb or less. Subsequently, a first conductive polymer layer is formed by chemical oxidation polymerization. Subsequently, on the first conductive polymer, a second conductive polymer layer is formed by the electrolytic polymerization of the conductive polymer monomer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
