PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of effectively finishing up a battery without any system down even against sudden load fluctuations. SOLUTION: This electronic apparatus includes a first DC/DC converter 71 for supplying power using a first battery 81 as a supply source to a first load (an element with small load fluctuations such as a memory or a LCD), a second DC/DC converter 72 for supplying power using a second battery 82 as a supply source to a second load (an element such as an electronic flash or optical lens motor driver or CCD driver) with larger fluctuations than the first load, and a charging circuit 73 for charging from the first battery 81 to the second battery 82.
