PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route setting device and the like for conducting a comfortable route guide for a driver, by learning a preference of the driver as to a driving habit such as a traveling frequency on a road, execution of U-turn or no execution thereof, and selection of a traveling lane, and by reflecting learnt information therein to the route guide. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle navigation system 1 acquires traveling frequency information, U-turn frequency information and traveling lane frequency information as the learnt information, during travel of a vehicle, to be registered in a memory 28. The U-turn frequency information and the traveling frequency information out of the learnt information stored in the memory 28 are reflected when setting the route up to a destination, and the traveling lane frequency information is reflected to a traveling lane guide in a travel guide, so as to realize the route guide fit to the preference of the driver based on the driving habit.
