PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly verify a software object such as virus detection software in applying the software object to a customer's real-time control device. SOLUTION: In order to verify the influence of the software object on real-time control prior to applying the software object to the customer's real-time control device, the software object is downloaded from a first web site 1 and applied to the real-time control device 3 used for verification so as to assess the software object to see if the real-time control will be continued stably. Once the software object has been assessed to ensure that the real-time control will be continued stably, the software object is uploaded to a second web site 5 so that the object is applicable to the customer's real-time control device 6.
