PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current mode DC-DC converter by a peak-value control system that causes small output fluctuation when operated under a duty ratio of around 100%. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter (10) supplies a switching current to an inductor (103) by a switching element (100) and a rectifier (101) and outputs an output voltage VOUT smoothed by the inductor (103) and a capacitor (104). The DC-DC converter (10) creates an error current (IERR) from the output voltage (VOUT) and creates a feedback current (IFB) from an inductor current IL. With regard to the switching control in one cycle, a control circuit (40) controls the switching element (100) in such a way that it is not switched off within a given period of time from the start of the cycle when the switching element (100) was not in an OFF state in the preceding cycle to the cycle.
