PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mutual interference between an external radio communication and an internal radio communication, while it is dealing with the change of a positional relation between a first housing and a second housing. SOLUTION: When the internal radio communication is performed in a state with the housings carrying circuit substrates 301 and 311, respectively being opened mutually, openings 304, 314 are respectively blocked by shielding plates 305, 315. The ends of the circuit substrates 301, 311 are exposed. The exchange of a radio wave is performed between the antennas 302 and 312 for the internal radio communication via the circuit substrates 301, 311. When the internal radio communication is performed in a state with the housings carrying the circuit substrates 301, 311 being closed, the ends of the circuit substrates 301, 311 are respectively blocked by the shielding plates 305, 315. The openings 304, 314 are exposed, and the exchanging of the radio waves is performed between the antennas 302 and 312 for the internal radio communication via the openings 304, 314.
