PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper for an eaves gutter, which prevents an adhesive from adhering to a worker's hand in mounting work, and which facilitates mounting work. SOLUTION: A stopper 10 for the eaves gutter, the leading end of which is inserted into a water collecting device 16, is mounted at the leading edge of the eaves gutter 13 in such a manner as to be locked to the water collecting device 16 in the water collecting device, so as to prevent the eaves gutter 13 with a box-shaped cross section from coming off from the water collecting device 16. The stopper 10 is equipped with a strip-shaped web 11 along the leading edge of the bottom 13a of the eaves gutter 13, and upper flanges 12a and 14a and lower flange 12b and 14b, which are elongated in parallel with each other, so as to hold the leading edge of the bottom 13a of the eaves gutter 13 in a sandwiching manner from one side of the web in cooperation. A knob part 15 for facilitating handling is formed in the upper flange 12a in such a manner as to be integral with the flange 12a over the other side of the web 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
