PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in an oil separator for compressor drain water, to stabilize an electrolysis performance and electrical conductivity and to maximally demonstrate the performance of a flotation separation tub and an adsorption treatment tub provided in piping. SOLUTION: By introducing a part of purified treating water on the downstream side of the adsorption treatment tub to an electrolytic cell, supplying electrolyte and mixing obtained electrolytic water into the upstream side of the adsorption treatment tub, the oil content of drain water is flocculated and the oil density of the drain water flowing into the adsorption treatment tub is reduced.
