<p>The invention concerns a heat-exchanging device comprising: at least one heat exchanging wall (6) between the refrigerant (3) and the fluid to be cooled (4) including on one side, a so-called hot surface (7) in contact with the fluid to be cooled; at least one mechanical system (10) inhibiting deposition on the hot surface of the exchanging wall, of a solid film of fluid to be cooled. The invention is characterized in that the deposition inhibiting means consists of a friction means (11) comprising a planar surface extending parallel to the hot surface of the exchanging wall and having a thermal conductivity such that the ratio of the thermal conductivity levels of said friction means over the hot surface is not less than 3; the mechanical system (10) comprises means for supporting the friction means, adapted such that the latter drags on the hot surface of the exchanging wall, through its planar surface.</p>
