<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination evaluation apparatus capable of evaluating by considering a vogue with respect to a combination of items selected by a user. <P>SOLUTION: A recommendation extent information storage part 18 of the combination evaluation apparatus 1 stores information on the extent of recommendation including coordinate information, the extent of recommendation, and a date setting the extent of recommendation. When an evaluation request receiving part 16 receives an evaluation request including two item IDs from a shop side terminal 3, a recommendation extent information extracting part 17 extracts from the recommendation extent information storage part 18 the recommendation extent information corresponding to the two item IDs. An evaluation point calculating part 21 decides freshness from the date setting the extent of recommendation included in the information on the extent of recommendation, multiples the freshness with the extent of recommendation included in the information on the extent of information, and calculates an evaluation point.
