摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of communication apparatus for easily controlling a processing speed by arranging buffers temporarily storing produced commands in a multi-stage and capable of suppressing a fault due to overflow, and to provide the communication apparatus and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The control method of the communication apparatus comprises a means for monitoring overflow of the buffers configured in multi-stages, a means for informing of occurrence of the overflow of each buffer, and a means for informing of canceled overflow. For example, on the occurrence of an incoming call, a CPU monitors the overflow of each buffer, sets a flag denoting occurrence of the overflow to each buffer wherein the overflow takes place, and stacks an instruction code of the arrival of the call to a buffer of the next stage. When the buffer of the final stage overflows, the instruction code is discarded. When the overflow is released and a free capacity is provided to the overflowed buffer and the buffer of the next stage is idle thereafter, the flag denoting the occurrence of the overflow is reset.
