PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor capable of suppressing vibrations induced by a stator that might lead to vibrational noise. SOLUTION: A DC motor 50 includes a cylindrical-shaped yoke body 53, and a plurality of circular-shaped permanent magnets 54 fixed on the inner circumference surface of the yoke body 53 and aligned in series and in a ring-shaped manner over a total circumference of the yoke body 53. The permanent magnets 54 aligned in series and in a ring-shaped manner includes even-numbered magnetic poles 55a, 55b, with polarities varying alternately for each predetermined angle. The permanent magnets 54 are arranged in series, in the circumferential direction at positions where the polarity of the magnetic pole changes, and are partitioned from adjacent permanent magnets 54, at positions where the polarity of the magnetic pole is in succession.
