PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamo-electric machine which can mitigate the field concentration on the teeth at the end of a stator core, without causing a problem concerned with resin charge, being excellent in long-term stability with certain field mitigation effect, without dropping the space factor of a cable at the stator of a motor or a generator. SOLUTION: This dynamo-electric machine is one where a field mitigating block is mounted on the tooth at the end of a stator core. This is constituted such that a metallic or resinous member circular or triangular in cross section is mounted or that punched-out plates or members are stacked in such an order that the width becomes smaller.
