PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a contact input transmitter from being erroneously registered as an alarm operation transmitter. SOLUTION: This contact output receiver 4 has: a contact output part 490 connected to a security intercom 1, and connected to a crime prevention terminal; a storage device previously storing an ID of the alarm operation transmitter 2 transmitting an alarm wireless signal including information for setting a crime prevention function of the security intercom 1; a comparison means comparing whether a transmitter ID included in a wireless signal from one transmitter of the alarm operation transmitter 2 and the contact input transmitter 3 transmitting the wireless signal including information for detecting a state of a window accords with the ID stored in the storage device or not; and a registration means selectively performing one of processing for registering the transmitter as the alarm operation transmitter 2 and processing for forbidding registration of the transmitter as the alarm operation transmitter 2 when a comparison result is accordance.
