PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus 11 for setting a cup-type beverage vending machine that makes it easy to understand the settings of a recipe for blending beverage, thus preventing setting errors. SOLUTION: A raw material name setting means 19 is used to cause a display part 14 to display beverage codes preset for each of a plurality of canisters that store a plurality of kinds of raw materials for beverage. The names of raw materials to be inputted at an input part 15 are set for each of the beverage codes. A recipe setting means 20 is used to cause the display part 14 to display the recipe for blending beverage for each of the beverage codes while using the names of raw materials set by the raw material name setting means 19, so as to set the recipe. This makes it possible to confirm the recipe for blending beverage based on the names of raw materials so as to make the settings of the recipe easy to understand and to prevent setting errors.
