PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of the jitter between the main speech sounds of respective systems, when synthesizing the same subvoice to the main speech sound in a plurality of systems for outputting while controlling the synthesized timing of a subvoice by the timing of the main speech sound of one of the systems. SOLUTION: There are provided first and second synthesizing systems. The first synthesizing system comprises an input instruction means 31 for instructing the input of the subvoice S4 according to the input timing of the main voice sound S1 of one system in the main voice sounds S1-S3 of the plurality of systems to be input, and a synthesizing means 32 for synthesizing a subvoice signal S4 input by the instruction of the input instruction means 31 to the main voice sound S1. The second synthesizing system comprises storage means 34, 37 for storing the subvoice S4 input by the instruction of the input instruction means 31; extraction instruction means 33, 36 for instructing the extraction of the subvoice S4 from the storage means 34, 37 according to the input timing of the remaining main voice sounds S2, S3; and synthesizing means 35, 38 for synthesizing the subvoice extracted from the storage means 34, 37 by the instruction of the extraction instruction means 33, 36 to the main voice sound S2, S3.
