PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a survey method for infiltration positions of leaking of rain, which specifies easily infiltration positions of leaking of rain even by unskilled beginners. SOLUTION: Powering up a compressor 11, high pressured cooled air from a cold blast generator is injected into a crack 7. Hereby, the high pressured cooled air is blasted out from an infiltration position 7A of leaking of rain to outdoors B through the crack 7. On the other hand, by observing temperature distribution over outdoors B of a building 1 using infrared thermography 16, operators can find out the position of lower temperature than surroundings to identify it as the infiltration position 7A of leaking of rain.
