PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a speckle noise to enhance image quality, without deteriorating resolution of a synthetic aperture radar image. SOLUTION: A plurality of images is generated by a plurality of speed data imparting different speed biases (including biases varied along with a time) in a preprocessing part 7 to a measured speed of a flight platform, in a stage of a single-look image, those are added by an addition processing part 8 to generate the synthetic aperture radar image reduced in the speckle noise without deteriorating the resolution, and the synthetic aperture radar image reduced in the speckle noise is generated effectively by combination with a prior art.
